KHERSON, Ukraine—Russian forces unleashed a volley of missiles across Ukraine on Tuesday, hitting residential buildings near Kyiv’s government district days after fresh battlefield setbacks for Moscow, authorities said.
The strikes came a day after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the front-line city of Kherson, which Russian forces withdrew from over the past week.
